Luxor Hotel Fire Alarm Angers Guests – Manager Nicholas Singleton Kicks them Out

By Jon Davis

Over the Halloween weekend, the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas found itself in the middle of a customer relations crisis. Its fire alarm went off at 2am and continued throughout the night and into the morning.

Some guests complained to the front desk manager, Nicholas Singleton, asking for refunds on the night after the alarm system kept them up all night.

The complaints didn’t end well for some guests. One couple was kicked out of the hotel for complaining. They video taped their exchange with the Luxor Hotel manager, Nicholas Singleton, and posted it on Youtube.

Apparently, the Luxor Hotel runs its hotel like the mob. Don’t ask questions and don’t complain or they get rid of you. Here’s video of that exchange of that complaint.
